As you may have heard, Big21Fashion has been given this wonderful opportunity to attend KCON thanks to the help of Erik Koral of Fanmanager! Due to the extreme success of the event, Mayor Sukhee Jung of Irvine made an announcement during the concert of having a KCON every year. For KCON's first convention, I thought it was a bit unorganized, but overall a huge success. Good job to the Mnet Team!
I wanted to kick off my KCON experience with 4minute (minus Gayoon) because they were the closing acts and I wish that they weren't so overshadowed by the boy groups. Due to the managment of time, the girls fansigning went by quickly and they weren't given a Q&A session along with BAP and G.NA. However during the concert, 4minute did amazing despite having to rush the songs due to the concert running late. They were able to perform a total of four songs including: Volume Up, Mirror, Mirror, HUH, and Heart2Heart. They wore attire from their recent comeback for "Volume Up" which I have to admit is my favorite concept. High to low skirts/dresses have been an "it" thing for 2011-2012! Since they wore black and white attire, I added a little of red because pops of color really make the outfit bold!
